Follow these 5 steps to find your own Zone of Genius using your Chief of Staff to facilitate.
Draw a Skill Will matrix
Create stickies for common CEO roles and responsibilities
Drag them into each of the different quadrants
Add stickies that you haven't thought of
Draw a box around the upper right quadrant (high skill, high will)
Voilà, you've found your Zone of Genius! Next step is to conduct a time and energy audit to find out how often you're staying in "the zone." Delegate tasks that take you out of "the zone." Double down on activities that put you in "the zone."
