THE CEO

The CEO’s Office primary stakeholder is the CEO. The Chief of Staff and others can act as a force multiplier that extends the capabilities of their principal.

THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

The second set of stakeholders that the Office of the CEO serves are the executive team. These include the CPO, CFO, CRO, CMO, etc. In group leadership settings, the Chief of Staff can help run executive meetings and drive agendas to completion. She can also run strategic initiatives on behalf of the leadership, i.e. new geographies that the sales team is taking on.
